The add-on

The add-on runs entirely in your Google account (Google Apps Script). Invoice data, customers, files and e-mails are processed only there and are never sent to us. Created files are stored in your Google Drive in a folder the add-on creates; the add-on only accesses files it created itself or that you open in it (scope drive.file).

For the license check the add-on sends us: the license key (if entered) and SHA-256 hashes of your Google account e-mail and of its domain. We cannot recover the address from the hash. The hash is stored with your subscription to bind the license. The trial start date is stored only in your Google account.

Google API data is used only to provide the add-on’s features and is not transferred to third parties, used for advertising or used to train AI models (Google API Services User Data Policy, Limited Use).

Purchase

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. / Stripe, Inc. (name, e-mail, billing address, payment data; legal basis Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). See stripe.com/privacy. We keep billing records as required by tax law.

This website

Hosted by Railway Corp. (USA). Server logs (IP address, time, URL) are kept for up to 14 days for security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). No cookies, no tracking, no analytics.
