Terms of use

Provider: Universal Exporters LLC, 10006 Rolke Rd, Houston, TX 77099, USA.

1. Service. The Google Sheets add-on “E-Rechnung für Sheets – XRechnung & ZUGFeRD” creates, checks and reads electronic invoices (XRechnung, ZUGFeRD). It runs in the user’s Google account.
2. Trial. 30 days free with all features, no payment data needed. Afterwards creating invoices requires a paid license; viewing and checking remain available.
3. Licenses. Single: one Google account. Company: all users of one Google Workspace domain. Licenses are subscriptions (monthly or yearly), renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time to the end of the current period via the customer portal.
4. Prices as shown on the website at the time of purchase, in EUR.
5. User responsibility. The add-on checks common EN 16931 and XRechnung rules, but the user remains responsible for the content of the invoices and their tax correctness. It is not tax advice.
6. Availability. The add-on depends on Google services. If the license server cannot be reached, a verified license keeps working for 7 days.
7. Liability. Unlimited for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health; otherwise limited to foreseeable, typical damages and to the fees paid in the last 12 months.
8. Changes to these terms are announced at least 30 days in advance by e-mail.
